Refunds! Due to the nature of creating hand crafted goods, we do not provide refunds and all sales are final. Exceptions may be made at our discretion in the event a mistake has been made on our behalf. If this should happen, please email and include order number and pictures of unused items received to info@hunniebeescents.com. If a return is approved, customers will have 14 days from the time the order was delivered to send back contents in original packaging.

Shipping and Handling-

Shipping Update

Starting Monday October 3rd, shipping will take place on Monday’s, Wednesday’s, and Friday’s. Orders placed by 3pm cst on shipping days will get mailed out on that day. For orders placed after 3pm cst these will go out on the next shipping date.

Once your order leaves our facility, it is the customer’s responsibility to track the order and make sure the items were delivered to the correct address. If the wrong address is provided and the package is unretrievable the customer will have to re-order items and once again pay for shipping fees. Please be aware, previously ordered items may become unavailable due to season changes. Since Hunnie Bee Scents is a small business, we do not refund any type of shipping and handling fees. 

Summer Shipping! Between the months of May and September, packages are mailed out Monday-Wednesday only.  This helps to ensure your package will not sit in a warehouse throughout the weekend and items will not melt.  Please keep up with tracking information and retrieve items from heat so they do not melt due to heat exposure.   Some melting might occur due to hot temperatures this summer. 

Holiday Shipping! If a major holiday falls during the week, shipping will proceed the next business day.

Order Cancellations-

If an order cancellation is needed, please reach out within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the order leaves the facility cancellations will not be approved.
